Refund Policy
I care deeply about delivering high-quality creative work that meets your needs and expectations. As a service-based business, time and creative energy are invested into each project, and I aim to maintain clear communication and transparency throughout our process.
Services
Due to the nature of design services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or a project has been delivered. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the final result, please contact me within 7 days of project completion so I can work with you to resolve the issue.
Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover time allocated to initial planning and design work.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project before it begins, please give at least 5 business days’ notice. If work has already started, any hours worked will be billed accordingly, and the deposit will be retained.
Digital Products
All digital downloads or templates are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.”
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for change of mind once a project is underway or files have been delivered.
